I used this with my Y7s.\n\nPowerPoint to teach the different vocab for clothes\nInteractive whiteboard activity - you say a sentence and students have to dress the stick man with the correct clothes - my kids really enjoyed this activity. Who wants to be a millionaire? Powerpoint. This could work well for reviewing sessions and from my experience students love it. I didn't actually make this myself I found it on here and just edited it slightly - they obviously spent a lot more time on it than I did so credit goes to them.

PowerPoint to introduce countries/cities and transport vocabulary. Students are in charge of filling in their vocabulary grid - they will need this for the translations....\n\nI asked my students to pick any five sentences to be translated - could be 3 easy or 2 difficult - whatever they like. Plus an extension if they get that far.

Reading assessment given to my Y7s after holiday topic. Most vocab from Metro 1. Questions get more difficult as you go through.
